We implemented the AI-powered customer review response system for Ground Central Coffee by fine-tuning a large language model (ChatGPT 3.5) using a large dataset of real customer reviews from Google Maps and Yelp, paired with carefully written, brand-consistent responses. We then configured Zapier to detect new reviews and communicate with our fine-tuned model through the OpenAI API.
